Total Access - Health & Wellbeing show..... Every Tuesday evening the team presents a positive approach to everything concerned with health and wellbeing.
You can tap into expert advice on a huge range of topics, for example nutrition, fitness, medical and alternative therapies. Not only that, we'll be investigating a number of different activities in the area that can benefit your health and wellbeing.
All in all the show is packed full of interesting stuff presented by a team who are as partial to a bag of crisps and a beer as much as the next person, so expect to be entertained as well as educated!

Total Access - Pure Women - Join Liz, Jane and Louise every Thursday exploring the good, the bad and the ugly side of the issues that affect the women in Stockport. There's Female Focus, Wild Women and the Big Guide. 7pm -7.30pm and repeated at 10.30pm.
